A former sanatorium built in 1929, the building was preserved with a contemporary approach and minimal intervention, breathing new life into a heritage-listed monument. A material palette of mosaic gray limestone and dark wood covers the facade of the 32-room hotel, with textural details that continue inside the charming interior.

Enjoy trekking, rafting and canoeing in one of Europe’s cleanest and clearest rivers, the Lousios River, or drive to the traditional picturesque nearby villages of Dimitsana, Stemnitsa, Karytaina, Andritsaina and Vytina. Another highlight includes the Ancient Monastery of Moni Prodromou, carved on the rock of Mount Mainalos, with unique architecture and stunning views towards Lousios River and Gorge.
